Mrs Omobola Tubi a widow with two children, who resides in Agbado in Lagos State and a  mother to one of our Security officers was hit by stroke in November 2002. It affected the right side of her body,and later moved to her left leg, this made her bed ridden for weeks and then months.

After weeks and months of treatment from one hospital to another, Mrs Omobola Tubi was able to move her arms but her legs did not improve. Gradually this affected her back making her unable to move around on her own. she was referred to Igbogbi Orthopeadic Hospital for treatment, and later referred to Physio-Fit Physiotherapy Clinics, where she is presently, to start  treatment. This  should take a period of three (3) months.After which the doctor promised that she would regain total use of her legs and arms and live her life normally.

 

The total cost of this treatment is Five Hundred and Ninety Nine Thousand, Four hundred Naira only (=N=599,400). Suru Charity Foundation as part of its social responsibility, has been following up on the case file of Mrs Tubi, hence the interest to assist the said patient.

To this regard Suru Charity Foundation wrote a cheque of Four Hundred and Ninety Nine Thousand, Four Hundred Naira only (=N=499,400) as its contribution towards the recovery of Mrs Tubi.



We Thank the Almighty God for restoring Mrs Tubi health.

In the Month of October 2012, Ms Adeyileka Magaret Arinola, was wheeled into Suru Foundation office, soliciting for financial assistance, to enable her under go a spine surgery in Germany. Ms Adeyileka some years back was involved in a motor accident along Lagos/ Ibadan Expressway, this resulted to a spinal cord injury, hence subjected to a wheel chair. Suru Foundation hereby supports Ms Adeyileka with the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Naira Only (=N=2,500,000)

 

Suru Foundation made a donation of =N=2,000,000 towards Mrs Caroline Johnson's Bone Marrow transplant surgery in South Africa.

Suru Foundation paid for the  Surgical operation of Baby Ileri Oluwa Ola-Awefin who had a hole in the heart to India. He was a patient f the Lagos University Teaching Hospital Idi-Araba (Luth) .

The cost of the surgery was set at =N=2,452,500.

Suru Foundation made a cash donation of N130,000 towards the jaw surgery of Miss Ganiyat Bello ,which took place at the University College hospital Ibadan .
